Children of the Regiment

This march, also known as Regimental Youngsters, was Opus 169 for Julius Fučik and a very important work in his career as a composer for military bands. This march is a real Viennese regimental march. The work was accepted as an official march-past by the Imperial Austrian Army shortly after it was published in 1915. Die Regimentskinder is now in the repertoire of most European bands.
